Got questions?
Is Spencil invoicing software?
No. You keep issuing invoices wherever you do today. Spencil is where you record what came in and what went out, with the receipt attached.
What is a workspace?
One business or activity whose money you want to see on its own, such as "Freelance Design", "Costa Painting" or "Lumi Studio". Each entry belongs to exactly one workspace.
Does it work in my country?
Yes. Spencil isn't tied to one country's tax system. Each workspace has its own currency, and the categories are yours to rename.
My business is a company. Can I use it?
Yes, as your day-to-day view of what comes in and goes out. Your accountant still keeps the official books, and gets cleaner numbers from you.
Can I use it for free?
Yes. The Free plan gives you one active workspace with unlimited entries and categories, for as long as you like.
How do I cancel?
From your billing page. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I sign in?
With your Google account, or with an email and password.
